Winners of the literary competition “Autumn Legends 2017” were nominated in Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Khatia Iatashvili, the student of Shota Rustaveli Theater and Film Tbilisi State University took the first prize, Aleksandre Kalmakhelidze, the student of Tbilisi State University was nominated on the second place and Mariam Chumburidze, the student of Georgian-American University took the third place.

Nino Modebadze, the winner of the online competition was also revealed at the award ceremony, in parallel with the main competition, everyone was able to participate in online literary marathon. Contestants, registered with Geocell’s special application, have created new papers on the topics given to the finalists. In total 300 participants got registered in the marathon.

The work of the finalists and online winners were merged into the annual brochure, which was awarded to guests attending the event.

Joint project of Tbilisi State University and Geocell - Student Literary Competition was held this year for the ninth time. Its purpose is to discover a talented generation and to show the future prospects to them. Students of all accredited higher educational institutions throughout Georgia participate in the competition.

Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Aleksandre Tevzadze, TSU Rector Giorgi Sharvashidze, Corporate Communications Head of Company Geocell Lika Metreveli, students and invited guests attended the event.
