The first vocational school in the field of agriculture was established 137 years ago in the village of Tsinamdzgvriantkari in Mtskheta district, by a well-known teacher and publicist Ilia Tsinamdzgvrishvili. The building where the school was located, is a cultural heritage site and is currently being restored by the field experts. Tamar Kitiashvili, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, together with Manoni Narimanidze, Acting Governor of Mtskheta-Mtianeti and Nika Antidze, Director General of the Cultural Heritage Protection Agency got acquainted with the renovation efforts on site.

The historical school,  which boasts contributions from Georgian prominent public figures: Ilia Chavchavadze, Iakob Gogebashvili and Niko Tskhvedadze will return to its original appearance. According to Tamar Kitiashvili, the museum, exhibition hall, conference rooms will also be arranged on the premises, to restore the traditional idea, which was introduced under the leadership of Ilia Tsinamdzgvrishvili and Ilia Chavchavadze.
