The Minister of Science and Education Ms.Tamar Sanikidze and chairman of manganese producing association sighed the mutual cooperating memorandum. The memorandum aims at popularisation of metallurgy among the youth. Within the memorandum, associations provides the collaboration to the Tbilisi State University and Georgian Technical University. Association  also plans additional trainings and seminars for the students, who practised in the companies which are members of association.

With the Ministry of Science and Education, association, with the involvement of member organisations and experts, will involve in the process of preparation professional standards and formation of professional educational programs.

Company is also obliged to assist professionals who finished the professional educational training and get qualification.  Also company will train the teachers for these programs, also company will find the sponsors for the WorldSkills competition. Association with the Ministry also participates  in the organisation of annual international scientific festival.
