A small group of students, who express their protest and general views with this level of radicalism, the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, as well as the University Administration, has offered various formats of cooperation.

At the same time, we explicitly specify that the Prime Minister has started an immediate active work regarding the terms demanded by the students. A certain parts of the terms has been resolved at once, whilst some parts of it are still in the works.

The Ministry of Education and Science hereby states, that it is ready once again to cooperate with the interested students with a constructive manner on a number of issues.

We would like to remind you, that a special education platform was created, as demanded by the students, in order to actively involve students in the educational process. Later on, a strategic development group was formed at Tbilisi State University, which was completely transparent to students, and involves the discussion of topics, which are inclined towards the student interests. In particular, the implementation of external referrals, regulating the student accommodation, and making changes in the constitution regarding the higher education.

The Ministry will always take effective steps towards the resolution of various topics, which are raised by the students, university administration or the members of the Education, Science, Culture and Sports committee.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia appeals to all students not to jeopardize the educational process and proceed to a peaceful dialogue.
