Both French and English students may eligible. This scholarship program includes 45 directions, that are divided into 8 schools:

The students, who will receive an official letter on enrollment to the Master’s Degree Program and at the same time the permit on making the application to the scholarship via e-mail, can make the application on scholarship. Scholarship is issued only to individuals, who will receive notification via e-mail on the basis of the decision of the Scholarship Jury.
