Georgian government is holding meetings of coordination groups to deliver information to donor countries and organizations regarding ongoing reforms and development needs, as well as to facilitate implementation of state structures’ initiatives and mobilization of foreign aid resources. The above-mentioned meetings continue the tradition of annual coordination forum of donors led by the PM. 6 coordination meetings are annually organized by the Georgian government administration. On November 10, 2017 hotel Rooms Tbilisi hosted a coordination meeting on human resources development issue. The meeting was led by Ketevan Natriashvili, the first deputy minister of education and Daniel Haas, head of economic cooperation and development department of the German Embassy.
The meeting participants considered the issues like foreign assistance in the development of human resources, achievements and challenges of education sector, inclusive education for everyone, support for higher education and science, labor market analysis, employment policy, development of vocational education, informal education, scholarships of international education center and other related issues.
