The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Georgia (UNHCR) has provided technical equipment to Tbilisi Public Schools N81, N23 and Martkopi N2 Public School in Gardabani, where refugee and asylum-seeking children learn Georgian.

In order to effectively manage the educational process for local and refugee children, as well as to provide Georgian language lessons in schools smoothly, UNHCR assessed the needs of these schools and provided them with the necessary technical equipment: computers, printers and projectors.

UNHCR-Georgia works with partners to make education available to children with the prospect of a better future. Over the past few years, UNHCR-Georgia has implemented a number of educational projects in collaboration with the Zhvania School of Public Administration and the National Centre for Teacher Professional Development.
