Owing to the decision of the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, a working group was created in the direction of development of general education, which is headed by Giorgi Amilakhvari himself, and coordinated by Doctor of Philology and teacher - Gia Murghulia. 

During the first meeting, the members of the group began to discuss the improvement of the scheme of professional development of teachers, the improvement of the quality of the national curriculum and textbooks, the grading process and other important issues related to school education. 

In the coming days, the minister will hold a working meeting with public school teachers, with whom he will discuss the challenges at schools and discuss ways to solve them. 

The group for the development of general education will actively work in schools in terms of improving the educational process and promoting the development of the quality of education.
