The Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia informs you that the list of candidates for directorship positions and the corresponding schools for nomination to the Board of Trustees of certain public schools has been approved.

Individuals aspiring to become a school director must verify their inclusion on the list using a unique six-digit code.
The Preschool and General Education Development Department of the Ministry ensures that candidates are submitted for election to the Board of Trustees of the relevant public school within 5 days of the approval of the selected candidates' list. The Board of Trustees of each respective public school shall elect a principal from among the nominated candidates for a term of 6 years within five working days of their nomination.
Candidates for the directorship position will present their programs to the Board of Trustees at a public meeting.
Before being elected as a director, candidates must also submit the following documents to the Board of Trustees of the public school:
a) A copy of their identity card or passport as a Georgian citizen;
b) A photograph;
c) A copy of the document confirming higher education;
d) Certificate of at least 3 years of work experience, including at least one year of teaching experience in the field of education;
e) Medical-narcotic examination certificate;
f) Notice of conviction;
g) Notice of conviction for committing a crime against sexual freedom and inviolability;
h) Notification of right revocation;
i) Any other document specified by the Board of Trustees of the public school.
