In order to improve the quality of the vocational teachers, the Ministry of Education and Science, together with partner organizations and stakeholders, is working on the regulatory documents which implies the quality training and professional development for the teachers. The process receives help from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
According to the teacher professional development, career advancement, professional qualification requirements and procedures for reimbursement, the training and/or the retraining of the teachers will be possible, therefore, enhancing the teaching skills of the teachers. The regulation is accompanied by the significant command, including the introduction of the teacher’s pay regulations. There are various of trade unions, international organizations and NGO’s working on the document, to ensure the best working documents suitable for all the educational institutions in compliance with the modern standards.
In order to ensure the flexibility and the successful introducation of the regulations, it is important to assess all the available risk factors. Qualified teachers are the direct link to a successful and quality education, as well as the students’ motivation and therefore a successful labor market.
