Within the framework of the professional development program of teachers and school directors of “Millennium Challenge Account – Georgia”, carried out by the National Center for Teacher Professional Development, which is being implemented by the Teacher Professional Development Center, trainings are conducting for all public school directors and facilitators for improvement of school management.

The training program of the Leadership Academy aims to support directors of public schools to manage the school effectively and to create student-oriented learning environment.

1700 directors of public schools attended the first Leadership Academy in 2016. At present, the directors are passing to the second Leadership Academy.

The Leadership Academy consists of three stages and is a combination of long-term training modules, that began in 2016 and will continue gradually until the end of 2018.
