Ten successful welding specialists
registered at WorkNet.gov.ge will be temporary employed in Poland after
successful completion of internship in vocational college "Spectrum"
within the state program of professional training / retraining and
qualification improvement of job seekers.
The pilot project -
"Temporary Labor Migration of Workforce of Georgia in Poland and
Estonia" is implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Labor, Health
and Social Affairs of Georgia (IOM). In parallel, the possibilities,
difficulties and risks of temporary legal employment abroad are evaluated,
which will assist in developing of an effective model of inter-state
cooperation in the field of migration.
A work is carried out with
Israel in order to sign contracts on residence of qualified specialists and temporary
legal employment abroad. In this direction, the ways of cooperation with
Austria, Romania, Greece and the Republic of Qatar are actively discussed.
