The Ministry
of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia hosted a one-day working
seminar within scope of the UNICEF Joint Partnership program of Estonia and
Georgia. The seminar was opened by Deputy Minister - Irina Abuladze.
The goal of the seminar was to inform the academic personnel about the newly
designed and available programs, guidelines and other educational resources in
the system. It is important to enable the universities to enrich their own
programs / modules with innovative methods and integrate them into the learning
practice.
The workshop was attended by the representatives of the Estonian Embassy, UNICEF, LEPL Teacher Professional Development Center,
Educational Management Information System and other officials from the various
departments of the Ministry.
