The esteemed Jury for the inventors and researcher’s competition - "Leonardo Da Vinci 2018” have evaluated the 18 applications submitted at the final stage of the competition in accordance with the assessment criteria approved by the Director General of the Fund as of January 11, 2018 and have announced the winners of the 2018 competition.
Out of 38 applications received by the jury, only 18 of them were selected for the competition and exhibited at a special exhibition hall located in the headquarters of TBC Bank Georgia. Contestants were present at the exhibition who presented their works to the general audience. It is important to note, that students from the 7th to 12th grade were participating in the competition.
The Competition Commission has identified winners and special prizes owners.
The winners of the Grand Prix:

The authors of the project will travel abroad for a cognitive-educational tour.

The official partner of the project is TBC Bank who awarded participants of the competion with a variety of special prizes.
TBC Bank has awarded each member of the 1st prize winner team with a one-year scholarship of 200 GEL, and a TBC Bank's special scholarship has been appointed to the bank's favorite - Iveri Jajanidze.
Owing to the decision by Grigol Robakidze University, in order to support talented young people, the grand prix winners will be awarded with a 100% university scholarship.
Merab Kutsia, deputy chairman of the National Intellectual Property Center, awarded authors Marina Gvalia, Mariam Bakhtadze and Ana Kalandarishvili with a 1000 GEL gift voucher for the project "Universal Device for the visually impaired invidivuals”.
Students of the VII grade - Aleksandre Riabukha, Amiran Zhvania and David Arveladze were awarded 30-gift cards of Mtatsminda Park.
